Shipping:

WOOL O WOOL shipping partner is DTDC. WOW uses ground shipping unless otherwise requested. Shipping transit times can vary depending on where you are located.

  • Non-Embroidered orders: Please allow 5 business days for fulfillment.

Please note if your order contains embroidery, alterations, or special requests you may experience the following fulfillment times:

  • Embroidery: Please allow 10 business days.
  • Alterations: Please allow 15 business days.

Time of Delivery:
For the National orders, the expected time of delivery of the order is between 3 to 7 working days but remote locations may take between 10 to 15 working days.  

For International orders, the expected time of delivery of the order is between 7 to 15 working days.

Signature:
A signature is required on each delivery. Please provide, if possible, an alternative who can initial in case you are not there to receive the delivery.

Complaints:
Regarding complaints for your orders please contact Customer Care on 0172-4642406 within 7 working days from order delivery for resolution.

Shipping and handling Charges:
For National orders Shipping and Handling charges are not applicable throughout India. 

For International orders, the rates may vary for each country and also on product, packaging, size, volume, weight, type etc. Our team will quote you the shipping charges as per the shipping destination and the size and weight of the package on your mail id.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

WOOL O WOOL keeps its sheer focus on customer service providing you a wonderful experience of online shopping. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to accept returns on some products such as non-embroidered, non-altered or unused items within 10 days of purchase date. You can courier us the return and we will pay you the courier charges in your account through the any convenient payment method.

Unfortunately, WOW cannot accept returns if a product has been embroidered, customized, B-spoke or shows signs of use including, but not limited to, embroidery/ personalization, alterations, laundering, damage, odors, stains or other markings. 

Please note, if your return items show signs of use or wear, you will be notified, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

All return items must have the bill number mentioned on them. 

In the unlikely scenario where a damaged or a different item is delivered to you, we will provide a free replacement as applicable. Please contact us by calling Customer Care on 0172-4642406 (within working hours 10 am to 5 pm on weekdays) or mail us at wow_chd@live.com within 24 hours of the delivery.  We will get back to you before the end of the day with regard to your complaints (if any ;)).

CANCELLATION:

Cancellation made within 24 hours of placing an order will receive a 100% refund
